The program is open to: University or diploma graduates (S1/D3), especially in nursing, health, or special education fields, Ages 18–30 years old, Physically and mentally healthy, No tattoos, non-smokers, and committed to completing the full training process

The total education fee is approximately Rp 11,499,000, with installment options and discounts for full payment. Additional placement and development fees are paid later during the job placement process. UIE also offers a cashback program for participants who complete their full 3-year employment contract in Japan.

UIE offers an integrated curriculum that includes: Japanese Language Training (from beginner to JLPT N3 level), Japanese Culture and Work Ethics Caregiving Skill Training (Kaigo), Workshops and Internship Programs in therapy and rehabilitation services, Documentation and Departure Assistance for official job placement in Japan

The average duration is 8 to 12 months, depending on the participant’s learning progress and the administrative process (COE, visa, etc.). After completing the program, participants can proceed to internships or official job placements in Japan.
